In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the art of crafting handmade pasta from scratch — kneading, rolling, shaping, and finally enjoying your creation as part of a delicious seasonal meal. Guided by Chef Nick, the class offers the perfect mix of culinary technique and approachable fun, all in the beautiful Café 108 kitchen.
